| 9. As per Sec-3(3);Rule 4(2) of Maharashtra Fire Prevention & Life Safety Measures Act-2006, Form-A &/or Form-B Certificate (as the case may be) from authorized Licensed agency regarding Fire-Fighting & Fire-Protection system/equipment stipulated/installed on the premises. * |
